Hidayyah is an Arabic word meaning ‘guidance’ (given by Allah). It refers to guidance from the Quran and Sunnah. Guiding and leading on the right way with kindness until one reaches the goal.
We at Hidayyah Trust firmly believe that by educating our children they will grow up to be good Muslims who will thereby automatically become good citizens and part of the solution, not part of the problem. Prophet Muhammad (saw) stated that “No father can give his child anything better than good manners”.
Hidayyah Trust provides Islamic education in an Islamic environment suitable for any child irrespective of background or origin. Providing a caring environment which, through focused individual attention, promotes disciplined and respectful behaviour. Encouraging the pursuit of excellence and rewarding outstanding effort. Allowing students to advance according to their individual capabilities bestowed upon them by Allah (swt) and providing the means for all students to realise their full potential.
The Madrasah motto ‘Knowledge & Trust’ was chosen to remind the students that their trust should be with Allah (swt), they should not take their education and the acquiring of knowledge for granted, that the seeking of beneficial knowledge is our duty as Muslims requiring effort and sacrifice.
Hidayyah Trust is, and has always been, a totally independent organisation with no affiliations or connections with any other organisation or group. Hidayyah Trust is a non - profitable organisation
